By using Magramane, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Not medical advice
Magramane is a wellness and fitness tool for general informational purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Features such as calorie estimates, snore detection, step and elevation estimates, body-fat estimates, cycle predictions and the weight forecast are approximations, not medical measurements, and should not be used to make medical decisions. Always consult a qualified health professional before making decisions about your health, diet, exercise, or any medical condition, including anything involving blood glucose.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app, and to use the community leaderboard.
Use of the app
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Some features rely on device sensors and third-party data (maps, Health Connect, AI estimation) that may be inaccurate or unavailable.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time (see Delete account).
Community leaderboard and content standards
The leaderboard and teams are optional. If you take part, you are responsible for the nickname, team names and images you provide. You must not upload content that is sexual, nude, violent, hateful, harassing, illegal, or that infringes others' rights, and you must not impersonate others. Uploaded images are automatically screened and offensive names are filtered, but automated screening is not perfect.
We may remove any nickname, image or team, or exclude an account from the leaderboard, at our discretion — including through in-app moderation tools — to keep the community safe. To report content, contact [email protected].
Maps and third-party data
Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and other providers as credited in the app. GPS and elevation data depend on your device and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the app as your sole navigation tool in the outdoors.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
