Delete your account and data
You can delete your Magramane account and all associated data at any time.
From inside the app
Open Magramane, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and any data stored in the cloud, including your leaderboard entry.
By request
If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Magramane account".
Please send it from the email address you used to sign up so we can verify the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address.
- Your leaderboard entry, nickname and any profile/team photo you uploaded.
- All health and wellness data stored in the cloud (profile, food and activity logs, weight, sleep, hikes, and any other synced records).
We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Data stored only on your device is removed when you clear it in the app or uninstall.
Note: if you use Magramane without an account, there is no cloud data to delete — everything is already only on your device.
